When someone asks you ‘how are you’ fifty percent of us will probably answer ‘I’m fine thanks’ but knowing that you are not fine and wishing  that you felt a lot better than you do.

Now think about how you really feel, some things will need professional intervention from doctors, psychiatrists or councillors but don’t be afraid to seek help, because when you do you will realise that you are not on your own, and there is help out there for you.

If you are feeling just a bit fed up and you look at your life and you and your family are all healthy, you have a good job and in a secure position, you have a good circle of friends that are there to support you and your family, so why am I feeling like I’m not fine.

Take a closer look at your own self, don’t consider your family and friends think about`me’

When was the last time you did something just for yourself, have you sat and listened to your favourite music or read a book, walked out with no one tagging on…done any exercise….or what about meditation, `what’ I here you say, don’t knock it till you have tried it…… even for just 10 minutes….if not why not ?

In giving yourself time you make yourself a better person, you will find that you get less stressed and frustrated, have more patience and the good thing is that your close family and friends will notice a difference too. Your sleep and concentration will probably improve as well.

This is leading onto my next blog which is all about meditation.
